payment

payments are done by paypal invoice, or through vgen.
payment is to be sent before the final, unwatermarked product is delivered.
the displayed prices are for personal orders only. commercial works such as stickers, prints, or merch will cost more. these prices are listed on vgen

delivery

commissions can take days to weeks to complete, depending on complexity and place in queue.
upon receiving payment, you will be sent the full unwatermarked image. it will be sent digitally through discord or email.

process & revisions

i will send you watermarked process screenshots of the sketch, the lineart, and etc for approval.
if you want revisions, you should request them early on. during the early phases, revisions are free.
large revisions to the final product may cost extra.

copyright & usage

as the artist,

i have the right to deny any commission, as well as cancel and refund any incomplete order at any time for any reason.
i retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
i will not claim the intellectual property of the commissioned artwork. your oc is yours.

as the commissioner,

you can post the artwork you have paid for anywhere you like. if public, you should credit me as the artist.
you may not make profits from the commissioned art - such as reselling, redistributing, purchasable prints, etc. unless explicitly agreed upon.
you may not use the commissioned art for commercial purposes, unless you agree to purchase commercial rights.
you may not claim the artwork as your own.
you may not feed the artwork into ai gen programs or website, or otherwise use it for ai.

cancel & refund policy

for refunds, it's based on work done on the commission. if i fully finished the piece, you get no refund. if i was half-way done with the piece, you get half the original price refunded. if i don't start the piece, you get the full refund.
if you request a paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed a refund, you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece, and i will have full rights to profit from it in any way. i will decline the chargeback and supply paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that i have completed work for you.
